Should NYC bring back stop & frisk?

Things seem to be getting out of hand lately especially with these teenage kids shooting and killing each other over petty things. This is happening far too often in the Bronx and Brooklyn. These kids out and about with guns like they were cellphones. The streets are flooded with illegal guns :smh:

Stop and frisk isn't going to stop anything, unfortunately...

It's a new breed of kids out there. These kids have no morals. They run around and start bucking in broad daylight over some ********. :smh:

Yup. Long sentences on illegal firearms. Near impossible to obtain a legal pistol unless you're a celeb. Yet, they're everywhere. It's so bad in Brooklyn that they're going to have a "gun court". So that they can speed up prosecution on gun crimes.

Nope, dont bring it back, it is getting crazy here with all the bad news going on but that will just give the police a reason to harass innocent ppl even more

yes becuase i want to be racially profiled in my hood. Like the NYPD doesnt do enough to irritate its citizens. Its a national issues of illegal guns being passed through our boarders and we know whose responsibility that is. The key to a solution, i think, should start at the source not in some street in brooklyn. 
 
OP just overreacting to a few horrible stories in the news ...nyc homocide rate/gun violence rate is still low compared how it used to be 300 something murders in a city with that many ppl doesn't scream bring back the city wide stop n frisk ...what needs to happen is doing more real police work in the crime hotspots in Brooklyn n queens
 
So where in Brooklyn is it still hot at? Clearly Brownsville based on the rape story, but where else? My best friend is telling me Flatbush is hella tame (white) right now. Last time I was in Bushwick it felt like I was at the Art Institute or some ****.

And where in Queens? Legitimately curious.

Why would you want to give police that power? If anything cops will increase the murder rate seeing as they shoot half the people they interact with.

might seem all good in the morning time but at night the goons still out. bushwich flatbush is still hella ratchet. 88th precinct is still the worse precinct in NYC

LOL @ you thinking guns come through the borders when its known that drugs go north and guns money goes south to Mex.

What does that have to do with anything? Been all over Chicago and I'm still here. So you're says saying you want to give Chicago police, literally some of the worst police in the nation the power to search anyone they want? Ok...

Chicago aint even top 5 bottom in the nation bruh. Anyways if they had stop and frisk murder rates would probably be a little lower. No doubt nyc has gotten worse since they stopped the S & F.

I been many places too, ur little family vacations dont count

Stop and frisk is one of those things that sound good on paper but is executed by racists so it won't work
