TBH suedekis was never fresh he just wears nikes and jays from time to time. Looks like he just grabs WHATEVER from jcrew then throws on some nice kicks.

Dipest where definitely trendesetters.Whether if you liked it or not.Jim had major help from having Max and Stacks Ghostwriting.They helped him in the fashion department also.There werent the leader.So it just looked like Jim was setting the trends by himself.Ive seen interviews by Stacks and Max to know Jim was riding there coattails heavy.Go to YouTube.com and look at (Stack Bundles Uncut-RawTV "Stack Bundles The Last Interview).Pause it at 1:46.His jeans where mighty slim for it to be in 07.He was wearing slimmer jeans than anybody rapping right before he passed away.I seen another interview where talks about switching to distressed/ripped jeans.This is all right before he got murdered.Everything thats common fashion for rappers nowadays.He was about to do.He even talked about doing reality TV in 06.Jim definitely took ideas away from those 2,and ran with it.Just because your rich,or the leader.Doesnt mean you have fashion sense.Its all in the mind.Theres people who know alot about fashion.But dont have the money to show or express it.Biggie knew fashion,even though he was big.He couldnt dress like he wanted to until he got with puff.The coogie sweaters/versace shades/silk shirts was all bigs idea.Puff had the money to execute the look.Hip-Hop/Rap has always been about fashion in a way.Rakim,Slick Rick,Big and Puff,Pac being 1 of the first rappers with the OD tatts,Dipset.Kanye and rocky are the last major trendsetters in Rap my eyes.Thats another reason why most people say the golden era of rap was better.In a way it was.Not only did the artist sound different.They dressed different (regional).It was nothing like watching videos from (80,s-90,s) LL,Rakim,Wu,Big,Death Row,Nas,Pac,to see what they where wearing.The difference today.Is that Social Media dictates fashion trends now.As to where it was the people on the streets that shaped the fashion trends back then.Thats whats killing the originality of it today.No matter where a rapper or person is from.They look at whats popular amongst the majority and run with it.From the way they rap or dress.Rap use to be about originality.Now every rapper no matter there region.Sounds like Migos,Future,Drake in some type.Dont get me started on the clothing.Everybody looks like clones in some type of way.Then cats get mad saying your old because im sying this.Im not that old.People like me just want to see more originality in the rap.Artist act like thats something hard to do nowadays.Its like cats literally watch other rappers ig and just copy and paste.Or there waiting for Kanye to set a trend for them bit on.Instead of thinking for themselves.
