Gucci Mane was trash when he was fat and is trash after he got out of jail.

Not a lot of good southern rappers outside of outkast, Jeezy, scarface.

But he is looking quite stylish these days

8 Ball , TI and Trick Daddy in their prime are in my top 25

Gucci mane made me realize that fans no longer cared about a rapper having skills. When people first started biggin up Gucci mane I thought it was a joke.

Gucci has one of the best flows and is authentic. Lives the **** he raps, that's good enough for me.

I remember my homegirl did an old DJ Drama or Khaled video back in 07. Said everyone was partying and bugging out. Rappers, groupies and yes men. She said when Gucci walked in, whole room was quiet and tense. Said she never seen no one in the game get that much respect or fear.

I cant take that "oldhead" stance on new music, I do like few of the new dudes... ASAP Rocky and Chance are the main people I listen to.

Lil Uzi, Yachty, and trap rap in general is the kind of music you look back on and wonder "What the **** was I listening to?!?"

Gucci flow is underrated bc he's Gucci. Boy used to float over them old zay beats & the wordplay was top notch :nthat:

Most Gucci fans are fans of his infamous history in the streets. He honestly raps for a hobby, it's all a facade. Gucci is in the streets HEAVY and I'll leave at that.

Same with Jeezy...

looking at just her lower half reminded me of this

He is the rappers rapper.

If aliens came to this planet and asked for examples of rap music.

I would show dem cats gucci.

These old dusty wrinkly in the face looking *** ****** love to hate on young ****** who don't rap over crusty Curtis Mayfield drums and don't rap on some "miracle, lyrical, spiritual, my balls spherical" type ****.

Go home and be a family man.

Don't ever diss Curtis Mayfield. I bet you smell like the sweat from a jailbirds ankle monitor. Curtis Mayfield is timeless... And ORIGINAL. If y'all hate the old school so much, why are these imbeciles still samplIng older songs? Tory Lanez, Bryson Tillers two biggest songs were samples. Lil Uzi has "Banned from TV" sample on one of his tapes. Vince Staples just sampled Andre 3000...

"Old and wrinkly"? Bruh, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Troy Ave, Jay-Z, French Montana, Gucci Mane, J. Cole, Future, ALL OF THESE GUYS are beyond 30 years old. Some of you dudes are.....

Repped and QFT. Curtis Mayfield the GOD for real. Do t think people realize how much influence over hip hop the soul of the 60s, 70s, and 80s had. Curtis transcends genres and was ahead of his time. If you can listen to "We people who are darker than blue" and still not appreciate Curtis, then go vote for trump and eat a tremendous ****
