~~~~| Celebrities Rockin Heat (Fly gear/Fly kicks) VOL. IV | ~~~~
I hear you.
To me it just seems that its difficult to stray from the current wave bc it seems like everything has already been done. In a sense, history repeats itself.
And then in the other sense, doing something different can have you pegged as 'trying too hard'
I feel you in the sense of lack of originality but where is there to go? Lol
Maybe I should have used the term "different" instead of original. Of course there's nothing new under the sun, but how about bringing back some older styles instead of going with the heard of sheep? I mean, the question is rhetorical...I know people (especially celebs) want to fit in and not be frowned upon so it's easy for them to do what everybody else is doing. I'm not saying rock some tall tees and size 40 waist Girbauds, but there's plenty of other types of clothes these celebrities in this thread could wear, be different, and still look good at the same time.
All just IMO of course.
Isn't that how style goes tho few years ago it was all gold and fake leather after wtt Early 2000's it was baggy sweatsuits and af1 the only way to be original is to take bits and pieces of what you like and make it your own not just copy someone's outfit piece by piece
That is how fashion TRENDS go.
And what you say about taking bits and pieces of what you like and make it your own is what I mean. But celebs ain't doing this. Most are scared. Except for Cam.....but. :frown:
They are both wearing Supreme tees. How do you not see this?
:lol: :lol: :lol: idk what's wrong with my eyes man, I'm gonna blame the oily finger print smudges on my phone screen that distorted the supreme logo on that bright *** tshirt
Thats the thing... Cam does dress different, and not like these carbon copies of Ye we see in every pic. Yet Cam gets made fun of, like in the post a few above yours.
People need to make up their minds, wether they want people to dress the same or different.
Extremes man.
There is a way to look clean, modern and still stay true as an older hip hop dude. A la, the majority of nas' fits.
Dude above said it, and you agree. Cam gets made fun of because he looks ridiculous. Thus your statement above is not accurate. There are plenty of ways to look good and be different.
I was more so agreeing with Wavy's comment. But alot of people look a damn fool nowadays. Especially that faux leather trend that im glad pasted by quick...
John Wall never wanted to wear his own trash adidas. Same with D. Rose. All them dudes wanted to be like Mike growing up. Nike has had a strangle hold on black youth for almost 4 decades.....Kanye made a very stupid move
:rofl:
It's not eem that. 50% of DC fans are Cowboys fans. The origin, idk.
But I'm told it has something to do with the old Skins owner being a wild racist....and the Skins being the last team to integrate.
So the Black DC fans decided to root for the Skins rivals...the Cowboys. Also the D & C in Dallas, and Cowboys helped drive that home.
This is what I'm told from a few of my DC ******
That is the story to my knowledge as well...
Damb Those ROs with the "swoosh".
Sucks they got the C and D
Butterfly pants and canary jeans with flowers. :lol:
I guess on the bright side we dont have to accuse them of being posers tho
