The Air Jordan XV OG Black/Red returns Spring 2017

just checked my pair and it has zoom air in the heel but there is no lump to indicate its there. however as stated before no zoom air in the forefoot. it has the lump indicating the cut out of that piece but its hard like the rest of the midsole.

sad to say but these going up on ebay today.

my ogs will just have to do for now until they come correct

I didnt cop these to play ball or expect them to have all these tech specs that I cant see.. and on top of that I didnt pay retail so Im keeping my pair happily. Bottom line though, they should not have been advertised as double zoom.

Also, based on Nightwing's vids.. he does not seem like a guy who never had/rocked/was into retros back in the day and is easier to watch than ALOT of cornballs doing reviews.. that's just me though. I dont care who anyone chooses to watch.
 
I don't understand the hate regarding Nightwings reviews. We're around the same age...and share the same love for shoes. Now the Sole Brothers are annoying. I can relate to Nightwing and look forward to every review he puts out...regardless of brand. While Sole Brother's puts performance reviews out every day. Run around the court,do a couple of drills and thats it.

atleast they run around the court. nightwing just stands and shoots :lol:

also there are alot of reviews from nightwing that he dont know a damn thing about the retro he is reviewing and does not point out key things left off, bad quality, or are different from ogs. and like i mentioned before he didnt call out the crappy leather on the all star penny 2.

i do like the video quality and angles of his vids though.

Gotcha. I did a quick look at sold items on eBay in that size and it looks like a couple new pairs sold for $180-$200 shipped. Could probably be cheaper now that they have officially released again.
Might be worth the effort if you really want the 07 pair.

lol....but seriously. He claims to put time into his reviews. Weeks before putting out a review. And thats fine. Some reviewers who are well known who doesn't even know the Tech...Delz is annoying with this. SB does the same.

yea i hear you. i think the black red cdp pair dont look bad either. i use to not like that variation

zero in my size. Also looked for flints, only 1 and they are beat! Beeeaaaaaatttttt! Like it was the dudes only shoe for the past 17 years...

  Well I still like mine, gonna keep.  I dont play much anymore and wasnt really planning on wearing them other than on occasion.  They are definetly more comfy than the steel toes I wear 10 hours a day.
 
I think everyone is jumping to conclusions, is there any conclusive evidence that the pair is from 2017? Because there is no way false information could make it to the Internet, right?

there is no zoom air in the forefoot.

lift your insole up and you can tell. press the heel then press the forefoot. the forefoot is rock hard while the heel is soft and squishy

I have briefly tried on a pair, but do not own a pair. 15's are not one of my favorite models. I am curious though, so I will perform this litmus test the next time I see a pair at a brick and mortar location
 
i wonder if i can return my pair to nike even though i didnt buy them from thereits ridiculous they would do that this shoe but leave other retros in tact and even upgrade the 1's and 2's cushion

I don't think you can do that. The only way to return to Nike is if you find a manufacturing defect, and then you roll the dice of them turning you down. Best bet is to return them from where you purchased.
