Official Billions Thread: Season 7 (Final Season), Episode 9 (10/6/23) - Game Theory Optimal

this last ep was just too much

they may as well not even pretend like axelrod has any comp
 Still not as bad as how Frank Underwood became president. No real obstacles, just ppl to kill and careers to destroy.

Axe at least took that huge hit with the 9/11 stuff. Had no ways to stop or convince that reporter.

I think he's going to take a major hit at some point but he's so advanced that it's crazy. The loyalty of these cats is :pimp: :pimp:

My my my. The FD was on some real bs. Okay he made trades off it. He didn't fly the damn planes into the buildings.

Donnie dying has to be the last straw. Dolla Bill isn't talking. What else do they have?

What's with the late night flight by the few traders?

Chuck is so damn consumed with this **** personally he's ready to blow up his own family to get one guy.

I like how Axe stood up and accepted it. While it may be a bit sleazy, there was nothing wrong with it, especially considering we all thought it was a wild accident when the first plane hit.

traders are traitors  they think the ship is sinking.

still not clear if donnie is dead or not, I'm thinking Cann poisoned him as an insurance policy

 @ Donnie dying after all of that.

I liked Axe's wife going at Rhoades' wife, questioning her loyalty and ****.

Axe really got the backlash on this 9/11 ****.

It was a good but transitional ep.

Wow. I was wondering how far Axe was willing to go and now I see a new depth revealed to him. Cajoling the doctor in to not even bringing up an experimental trial :smh: Sheesh. Used Donnie up like he signed his life insurance policy over to Axe.

Loved the format of this ep going back and forth from the funeral to what led up to it.

 @ Dollar Bill and his fake argument with Axe.

Rhoades wife steady getting shunning Axe's wife

Good to see Rhoades still making moves but his side is looking pretty lackluster with the Ls. Talk with his pops made it even worse with his position no matter how much he wants to get on his Sun Tzu steez. The sidekick finally got those ebony yambs though

 @ Axe wondering next week if he a sociopath. Of course you are b.

:pimp:

This show is pretty damn good!! Both Axe and Chuck are monsters in their own respective way. Character and story development is next level.

Gondola Rashād looks 100.

Yes Rashad Jr is a good look, but I'll take Axe's secretary over her 1000x http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3947644/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t12

That was a damn good episode IMO. I loved how they went back and forth. The play on the judge was the most I ever liked Chuck this season. The play on the traitors made me wanna pop a bottle. I can't wait to watch it again. Wags ****** up telling Wendy about the money. He tried to backtrack it, but she is too intelligent.

The 'fight' between Axe and Bill was my favorite moment of the season. Played so well

The entire episode was great, probably my favorite of the season. Love how the character development has been handled the past handful of episodes too. Axe is shady as ****, no coming back from the way he played Donny. The finale and everything leading up is going to be sooo good.

Damn Axe is really ruthless. Hate how I still always root for those type of dudes in tv shows smfh

I knew they'd end up acting on dudes info and it would be no good. Now they're Axe ******* :pimp:

Axe has been skating on folks all season. I'm really intrigued to see how it bites him in the rear or why his major pratfall will be this season

If he has anything happen to him it'll be from Chuck's wife. She's the only who realistically can hurt him at this point barring they bring some situation out of left field. Which I hope they don't.

ep felt like it was dragging a bit towards the end.

loved the scene with axe + Doc.

& Rhoades throwing out the judge, really making ppl question prison complex system :x

Hadera..jesus christ :x :pimp: :pimp:

"you smiled, that means you're open to multiple orgasms"

 Chuck in real life / McGrovern.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/30/b...o-leave-us-attorneys-office.html?ref=dealbook

A senior federal prosecutor who led one of the few criminal cases against Wall Street executives in the aftermath of the financial crisis announced on Tuesday that he was stepping down from his role in the government.

James G. McGovern, the head of the criminal division at the United States attorney’s office in Brooklyn, said he would join the law firm Hogan Lovells in its New York office

Excellent episode. Both Chuck and Axe really know how to give speeches to inspire their workers. Dolla Bill is a BEAST. :smokin

Whoah! That was a good setup for next weeks finales. That damn chuck look like an overgrown hamster. Did he really think that deleting the send would be enough? Did he forget about client patient privilege?

In the previews, did Axe said something about "a big lot"? I know he gotta make up that billion.

Chuck aint forget at all about client/patient privilege. He just doesn't care. Saw Axe and his wife laughing it up and having a good time and he was enraged. Can't lie though, I was just waiting for Axe and her to make out and bang  :pimp:  Feels bound to happen.

Axe's wife was right though. If it aint dirt on Donnie it's something else.

I really can't believe/find it too easy that she has a password on her laptop where she keeps notes on patients that her husband can guess on the first try. Hope she gets it most of all for that blunder.

 @ Rhoades having pics taken of him in S&M bondage spots. Hope he gets exposed.

Remember they did the double date and said they shared their passwords with each other? He didn't have to guess. That's a lack of professionalism on her part. You can't give someone access to the computer where your clients/patients confidential information is recorded. My wife doesn't have access to my phone. I have too much client information in there.

I'm interested to see how Chuck gets caught. I know it didn't go down like this but the mood of the scene made it seem like she put that there for Chuck to find since she was lowkey salty at Axe for letting Donnie die early. Like I said - I don't think that was her intention but for some reason I got that feeling.

I definitely thought Wendy and Axe would kiss. You could even tell his wife was lowkey salty about the encounter because she knows what's up. It was interesting to see the juxtaposition of how both Bobby and Wendy's significant others dealt with the late night session.

I hope Chuck gets exposed for his S&M trip as well. I may be obtuse about that this one but is it a foregone conclusion who sent the stalker? I mean, sure they want us to think it's Axe but during the past few episodes Chuck has made a few enemies/people who may want to leverage him.
