Those are mesh NMD. The recommendation to go 0.5 size down from TTS is for PK NMD.

very disappointed with them the first day i wore them, but now they're pretty comfy. Def not as comfy as UB, but I actually prefer the nmd pk over UB now.

So didnt think I was successful with the NMD W Brown from Pac Sun today. Went to checkout and it took me back to my cart when I hit the button. Check my email 2 hours later and see a confirmation! Looks like Bae cant be upset anymore, she finally got her size

Finally got my first pair in as well.. Black mesh.. First impression is just like I thought it be.. Adidas Roshe.. Waiting for lush red to come and feel the circa knit.. I don't think I'll pay $170 for pk version rather buy UBs for that price point; if I paid retail.
