got a charge on card but after i hit confirm it brought me to empty cart, no order confirm.. am i good?

If you didnt receive and ADC confirmation email and its not in your order history, it didnt go through.

That's def not what got you banned. Ive returned multiple pairs in the last 6 months due to various reasons and I'm good money. Got both tricos and the pushas.

They are not going to ban you for returns, especially when they advertise free returns lol. 

I just returned three pairs over the past few weeks, nothing happened to my account.

I think you need to call in. You can't do it online, and honestly I dont think you can even do it after youve ordered it. You might just have to return it when you get it.

Thanks because my wife got me a pair of the multis. But I ordered a pair myself [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]. If only she got thru on the Tricolors.

You were banned because of multiple payment verification failures.

Just don't make any orders on ADC for a while. Only way to resolve this problem.

actually it was 4 pairs total that i returned. I forgot about the Yeezy cleats i returned.
No idea and I don't know for sure but can't see any other reason. I can't even buy running shoes that are sitting on ADC anymore.

That's very strange. You should call corporate and ask if something is going on.

I actually called last time and they couldn't really provide a proper explanation, they kind of just apologized for the inconvenience. One corporate rep claimed it's probably because the item went OOS during checkout, but that seems BS because there are supposed to be 10 minute holds. I've been sitting on these cards since the Human Races came out. I thought I was being clever and bypassing that payment loop by buying these too. It just seems like I'm never going to be able to get rid of these on a hyped release.

Yup, lots of bot twitter feeds reporting failures. Sole Strike ATC did figure it out mid way.

They cant make any legitimate claim against abusing a return system. How can they tell you that you just didn't like the shoe in person when you put it on? Or that it wasn't comfortable? Or that you simply didn't change your mind? No company can ban you over returning their products especially when they advertise free shipping and returns as a huge advantage to ordering from them.

They can do pretty much whatever they want. They don't have to sell to you if they feel you are abusing the return policy.

I also got my Platinum membership (free shipping) on Eastbay revoked because i was "buying too much".
