Adidas NMD thread

Just got the NMD R2.  I got my TTS 10.5.  The upper is really comfortable.  It hugs the foot very well.  But my biggest gripe about them, is the block on the inner sides of the shoe.  If you're flat footed, like myself, the block digs into the inner arch of the foot, and it's pretty uncomfortable, almost unwearable.  I think if you have a narrow foot, or arched foot, you won't have much of a problem.  I don't have this problem with the R1s.  I really wanted to like the R2, since the upper is super comfortable, but that block kills the overall feel.

I'm flat footed too, but luckily I ordered the wrong size NMD R2 on accident.

I'm also TTS 10.5 (ordered an 11) and thought they would be too big so I stuck my old UB insoles in them to make up for space. After a quick wear the PK hugged my foot so well that it was uncomfortable enough for me to remove them.

Accidentally sizing up ended up helping me out and my flat feet are happy. I can barely feel the blocks when I walk, but if I would've ordered TTS I would definitely be uncomfortable.

For those who have their eyes on these I recommend ordering your UB 2.0 size.

People sleeping on the R2, I own most of the R1 Primeknits and the R2 has pretty significant updates. The Primeknit is softer but wraps the foot better making it more comfortable and there is definitely more midfoot support. It feels like a better quality sneaker than the R1. I actually quite like this colorway as well.

I second to that. This R2 definitely fits and feel better than R1. Good thing I ordered half size up from my R1 sizing. You are on the point on the midfoot support. I have wide feet. Wearing R1 makes the shoes too "stretchy" to the side, but not so much with R2. I will definitely cop more R2 down the road.
That's primarily what made me want to try the R2- the updates which make the shoe more comfortable (stretchy PK, added boost, etc.). I have a high arch and a fairly narrow foot so I'm thinking the R2 will be a perfect fit for me. Once I saw on feet pictures of them, I liked them way more aesthetically as well. I think a lot of people slept on the R2 OG but may regret it later on.

I am planning to trade my Grey Tricos with the Packers NMD. I know that the tricos are worth slightly more but might be easier to deal with 1 transaction only. any thoughts?

tri-colors got "delivered" yesterday. No shoes were delivered....looks like i lost out :smh:

i hate the mail system , 15-30 business days just to get a refund after adidas files a loss claim and an investigation with fed-ex is finished

Anyone know of any sites that might have the s76006 Raw Pink NMDs in a 9.5 or 10? I've been looking everywhere, and have only found them on goat for 375+. I know they restocked a few weeks ago, but I've given up hope on another restock. Really not trying to pay 3x retail if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance for any help. PM me if you have a pair

So I'm a TTS 9.5 in Racers and UB 1.0 (without insole). Is it safe to assume the following:

R1 PK: down 0.5 from TTS (9.0)
R1 Mesh: TTS (9.5)
R2: TTS (9.5)

Just to add, I too am flat footed and usually get anything primeknit half size down so stuck with the same on the R2 and yes you do feel the block in on the inner arch a little more but after 30-45 minutes it breaks in nicely. That said I would have no issue going TTS.

As for the fit the more I wear it the more it reminds me of how the City Sock hugs the top of your foot and toes, it is snug, but a more comfortable and stretchy "snug" in my opinion.

Also, one last thing, the details and quality of the shoe build are really clean and nice. I appreciate the leather heel tab and the pull tab that has a subtle silver metallic sheen to it which you can see at different angles.

Has anyone heard of or seen a mesh version of the R2 yet? Would be interesting to see what they do with this model on a lower price scale.

How the CS1 PK fit?
I'm a 13 in FK Racers = 31cm
So, a 13.5 (31cm) or 14 (31,25cm) in CS1 PK will be ok for me?
I'm a 12 in FK Racers, 11.5 in OG and Grey CS1 PK. So i suggest 13 for you. Unless it is the Mountineering City Sock. I would half size up on those bc the material on those are a little more stiff plus there is an inner liner and insole i believe

We're basically the same size and generally speaking that's about right...
