Same, I just checked my PP and it took $189.00 for SNS

I checked out with size 10 but no PP email or SNS email yet.

through SNS I was able to get a process done through paypal as it shows on my account but as it was processing out it kept on getting runtime error...... is this good or bad for me..

On SNS? Pretty sure they oversold. That's why I was allowed to ATC and my pair was reserved but I kept getting "not enough quantity" error when trying to pay. 

Yeah. Oh well. I'll keep trying though.

Carted a 10 on desktop, payment lagged out on PayPal (charged) went back on desktop and paid with my CC (charged)

Carted a 10 on my phone, payed with PayPal (charged)

Still no emails from SNS or Paypal

They will never sit. Resellers will buy out all the stocks and sit on them for a while.
