That must stink.. to be cast in a "popular " tv show and you're dead before the end of the 2nd episode..

Yeah it'll be different. Been rumors they may go heavy on magic and bring back Constantine gathering a group of heroes for some mission. So it might not even be time travel every season either.

I don't think many more ppl will keep dying though. Just had to get rid of Hawkman.

It's funny and I'm happy. If you looked at promo and what they were hyping Hawkman was not in a lot of it. The characters getting the shine were everybody but him. So much so I thought he wasn't part of the show. I was like cool, I don't like the character. Then he showed up and I was like damn

Only if they time travel past 2016 and find the Hawkman that has already grown up and got his memories back.

Reincarnation aint resurrection. Also I bet that'll be saved for near the end of the season when Rip goes for reinforcements.

He'll just show up in flashbacks and they'll probably see him in other time periods they visit. Hawkgirl can't snatch him though since that time's Hawkgirl would fight them.

Haven't been watching arrow but just want a yes or no answer: did they show what that scumbag merlin did with savage's ashes? Hate that guy.

Just wanted to say that I hate Captain Cold on Flash, but his character is well suited, bearable, even likeable on LoT.

Must be the writing.

Yeah he's not a total douche. Even the most recent episode he was on in the flash, he was ok.

I'm a Wentworth Miller fan so I've been enjoying how hammy he's playing it

Dominic though Got stuck with a one note character with the constant rage and speaking from your gut pyromaniac type.

The thing that bothered me most about how Miller played Cold was his cadence. He played Cold in a very campy fashion on Flash at first. But now it's toned down, and his cadence isn't too exaggerated.

Pretty much how its always been. I was a big fan of prison break. 

And that was the relationship between the brothers.

I haven't seen much difference.

There is a Prison Break comparison but it's way less sophisticated on the CW shows . Miller's Scofield was a thinking man's genius and Purcell's character had a heart and was more caring before he just let his anger take over.

This also pissed me off in Flash. Did the writers/directors tell him to act this way?

If I recall correctly, he acted nothing like this in Prison Break.

I just don't get the altered version of your past self being replaced or ceasing to exist once you return from time traveling to your present. It creates a scenario where you're living a life where you have no idea of the experiences that version of yourself went through. 

Because theoretically, time is relative to the velocity of the observer. So in whatever period that you decide to "time jump", there's no "you" there. Let's say you were supposed to play ball with your homies today, but instead you time traveled?  "Yall seen Zik?", they'd probably ask because there's no "present" you. However, you can only insert yourself back into the time you left or else two of you would exist in that time, which is what usually causes catastrophe in fiction.

Yeah this theory seems flawed to me.

Seems to only account for one kind of space time travel. I mean what if I just want travel through time (not space) and observe. To me that'd be the best way to figure out how the timeline has changed due to my previous actions when I altered it.

Like I just watched Flashpoint Paradox and when Reverse Flash changed time to **** with the Flash he replaced the him of that time and had no clue what was going on still having memories from his timeline. He had to get his powers back all over again and due how much time he was spending in this altered time line his mind began to realign with that time and was getting memories of how things came to be while forgetting his original time. To me that at least explained how one could function in that altered timeline, of course the problem there is you'd forget you ever time travelled or that this reality is different.
