Serious question. How does pressing charges work? If she kicked @ cops, and witnesses saw her do all this, why is there any question into pressing or not pressing charges? Are you basically saying I won't testify against this person? That I won't cooperate so charging her with anything is a bad idea? Why would the victim have the right to dictate law? I never got that.

Crimes committed on tape seem foolproof
 
We are talking about Miami here, things like this happen lol. The driver did not press charges, things where settled amicably between her and the driver with the help of law enforcement. He most likely will get a reimbursement from both Uber and the girl, so he is technically covered. The MAIN topic is those with cameras, they do serious damage to a persons reputation. It is one of those circumstances that is unplanned, what if it was your face that was going viral ( You ought to see it from an alternative perspective --- > "what if it was me") lol.

I don't get how people want her life ruined because she had one drunken night caught on camera. It's no excuse to act like that when you drunk....but we've all done dumb ish. Maybe not like that. But I'm sure some of y'all have gotten into fights and did dumb ish. She should have to do a crap load of community service...have her license suspended. But people are happy because she probably gonna get her license revoked is fd up. That some hater ish. And yes I would smash that ***
