RARE jordan hat , ID 658379

I picked up this rare jordan hat at my local nike clearance store. The Id tag is nike 658379. I have searched everywhere on the Internet for this hat and cannot find it. I know its gotta be super rare. Can anyone tell me what is is ? I think it may be part of the spike lee collection. Either way, there is not another one that looks like this out there.
 
Definitely from the spiz'ike collection.

I believe it came out on, or just before the Black/Wolf Grey spiz'ike's released.

It's not that it's rare. The item is just discontinued, out of season. So you wont find it using the style of color code.
