i'm very worried about tomorrow night.

i also just peeped the possible playoff scenarios posted in the nfl thread

1- the nfc is a joke compared to the afc
2- the only team i feel confident about possibly playing is the damn texans

We need home field really bad, I don't see us winning multiple games on the road.

I want no parts of him in a playoff game.

he can stay on the team. but i'm cool sitting him down until late summer of 2017

man tonight was so awesome yet so bad. can't be blowing leads like that. not against playoff teams.

defense played great. generated as much pressure as you can expect when you're rushing 3 most of the game. secondary was REALLY impressive and had me the most surprised. expected Flacco to really have his way. they forced him to take a lot of check downs and dump offs. great job.

offense was the offense. no Gronk, no Dola, facing the #1 scoring defense and team that typically does well against you...30 points, 406 yards passing. Blount HAMMERED them. Mitchell, White, Hogan, Bennett all stepped up on a night where Jules' head was somewhere else. and what more can you say about Brady? GOAT, MVP, whatever...dude is un******* real.

special teams was schizophrenic

A win is a win, but damn what a close one. Obviously the kick return is a big deal, we really need Danny back. It still feels good to be 11 and two. I think 13 wins will seal the home field advantage

i'm not worried about last night being close because it was really only close on paper if you think about it.

granted we're not gonna be able to afford to make those mistakes going forward especially in the playoffs but that was a big win more so for our defense.

i was more worried about the defense holding up and boy did they show up. i was at the jet game a couple weeks ago and they looked terrible, maybe they decided to play up because they knew last nights game was big.

we need home field bad. i don't have as much faith in this team on the road like past seasons. it's going to be tough. i'm not getting my hopes up against denver on the road especially after losing to Tennessee. hopefully we can grind it out a win would be huge both for home field and morally.

i really don't want to be anywhere other than Gillette come January, let alone Arrowhead. It seems as though KC has an easier road ahead. Assuming the other 2 teams that can get home field are KC and oakland, we really need some miracles out of San diego , they both play the chargers so hopefully they bring that division game grit.

another note...i know we're going to miss gronk but it hasn't been that bad without him. Mitchell has stepped up huge and i expect better games out of Julian going forward. Our 3 headed RB core is also huge and i just wish they would utilize bennet more

on to denver

Bennett is a big concern for me, his health is the #1 priority. No Gronk and MB, we could be in trouble

ya...so bleacher report says he is dealing with ankle & shoulder issues...posted before last night's game tho...

Sooner we can lock up #1 the better, start resting guys for the stretch run.

we could beat Denver, beat the Jets, and be up 31-0 at halftime versus Miami...and Brady will still be out there until the 4th quarter. i hate it, but i sorta get it.

i hope floyd can be a difference maker in the playoffs

Definitely expect him to if he doesn't get suspended, dude is 6'3 and runs a 4.4 40,haven't had that kind of talent at WR in years...

What a comeup from Griff Whalen

Floyd will be huge, provides the ability to stretch the field. We can only dink and dunk for so long.

OL holding up and the defense continuing to do their thing. we'll be jussssst fine :pimp:

New England WR Michael Floyd will not be active today vs. Denver, per source; his Patriots debut will have to wait.

figured this would be the case. i don't mind it. give him another week to get in sync and more comfortable with the playbook and Brady

Mike Reiss ‏@MikeReiss 3m3 minutes ago
Julian Edelman and Patrick Chung take the field for warmups as punt returners, while James White and Dion Lewis warm up as kick returners.

just take knees or fair catch, please
