R. Kelly Admits He Asked For His Mother's Hand In Marriage

and hate for this to be a race thread...but man i notice more and more that black people love to ride or die for their black celebrities/child hood idols like the whole world depends on it...like really how does advocating for some of the most disgusting human behavior benefit you? your kids? your people?

cosby, MJ, rkelly...man the amount of d' riding black people do for these people regardless of all the **** they've done is ridiculous...

less hypocrisy...more common sense...and then maybe we can look for a better future...black people put importance on all the wrong things...celebrity culture becomes enshrined, makes you dumb and numb to all of what is going on...

wake up.

So no white person has ever defended one of their own for a negative thing? You gotta be kidding me.

We got to ride for our peoples. that said, punishment should be handed out in our own communities by our own people.

lawd jeezus somebody bout to get they *** whupped with the remix to ignition hot and fresh out the kitchen playing in the background

its sad when black people bring down their own through ignorance....
That's funny cuz you running with rumors and false accusations with MJ.

I don't watch child porn so I got nothing to say about that with R. Kelly.

And **** Bill Cosby.

He never said that.
Well actually just by bringing that up, you all should realize all "races", ethnicites, and other groups defend one of their own for a negative thing.

It's not a black ppl thing. Singling out black ppl for something all ppl do at times is stupid.

That's a human flaw not something specific to black ppl. **** like that happens, it's common. Hopefully one day common sense, logic, and the truth will prevail. Being narrow minded about one group when it's bigger than that aint really addressing anything.

I hear u, ever make a trip to DC well see wassup

right cause you can't afford a greyhound out to Toronto...its 120 round trip my n'...PM me for my number

i'll pick you up myself from the station...give a you 2 pc and carry ya *** back on the bus...

Didn't you just come in here on your high horse talking about black people gotta do better, how sad it is to see such negativity glorified.

Now you inviting people to come fight you cause you're so tough and fearless. You're such an upstanding dude, you really are, the voice of morality even. When you get done stroking your ego just know you look like a ******* clown.

Can I just say this, I never once thought peeing on under age girls was a black person thing. R Kelly is a weird dude. No need to make it a race thread. Oh wait it already is...

He killed it in the 90s though.

I only hope nobody is retorting to violence.

In words of Gillie da Kid, Dude will die with $30 in their pocket over $200 million dollar pride.

^^^ thats real.

Side note i just looked it up and he was found not guilty on all 14 charges in 08.

I don't really remember the details but did he have sex with a minor knowing she was underage or did she tell him she was of age?

I don't think son, by pointing out what some in the black community do, implied that other groups don't do the same.

What I got from his speech was that people need to hold their own to a higher standard. Don't do as the oppressive majority does, do better.

IDK I personally think ya'll are on the same page but some are just getting hung up on the way ideas are being expressed.

Perhaps cooler heads need to prevail so folks can better articulate themselves.
