Blue midsole is already unglued

Haven't sent a shoe to Nike in like 7-8 years. Last thing I sent months ago was Nike tech fleece pants which they denied saying I ripped them on purpose when everyone in the tech fleece thread said I would get easily

I remember sending back my gp morf shoes when the zipper broke off.

Good ol voucher days. Now its just a hassle
 
Back then you were able to return at any niketown. Nowadays I hear you gotta send it via mail smh

I guess they used to pay shipping too but since I can remember like 10 years now it's been pay your own shipping
 
Not worth the hassle. I would reglue with some heavy shoe glue and continue wearing or resell to recoup any losses.

You can try tweeting them or asking them via their chat if it is something they would potentially accept.

They won't give you an exact answer period

It's dumb for a product to do that after few wears. They aren't even mine, they are my girls pair, so these weren't even heavily worn. I could wipe the sole and you would think they are DS

JUST PAID $12 to have them sent to Nike, let's see [emoji]129300[/emoji]
 
do you still need to call and get a claim # from a Nike rep before you send them in or do you just print out a form these days?

You file the claim online, and they give you a return number. Ship them with your own money and roll the dice
 
I never got denied before and I probably sent shoes back like 4 times over the years.  Are they more strict nowadays?  I just sent back some kobe mentalities on Thursday that legit ripped at the bottom of where the shoestrings are.

They are strict now compared to prior years

I could have seen that coming. Back then, around my way, people would abuse it. Even a ftl employee said buy these af1 today and keep sending it back to Nike.

Glad it worked out in ur case
