Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “David Letterman”

Did a lace swap from my UNC 1 but not able to post pics. Anybody else have this issue?

Just as an update. 290 Square Meters ignored all my emails and tweets. They shipped all three of my orders presumably not using double box shipping but the cheaper alternative and I was charged $22 per shoe roughly to ship via DHL. I could have requested to cancel my orders and then used the freeship coupons I guess but who knows if they would have honored that or cancelled the orders. 

Yes, they had good prices and no taxes but terrible and absolutely pathetic customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have faced in the last 5 years. Not a single response to my 5+ emails or 3-4 tweets. What a joke. 

For someone like me ordering 3 shoes from them, they could have took the time and replied to at least one email. Seriously, how pathetic is that. Honestly, I might consider talking to my credit card company and seeing if I can dispute the shipping cost charges after the stunt they pulled of completely ignoring me. I know they purposely ignored me as in the last 24 hours, they have replied to other Twitter users tweets and about questions and order enquiries.

As an update, they said they tried to ship my items together for the different orders when they contacted DHL today (Monday in early AM in California and afternoon in Istanbul, Turkey). They blamed me for my multiple emails and ignored all my comments about the "freeship" coupon and my Twitter tweets. They also said they will not provide service to me because of my "language and accusations." 

This is what they said after ignoring my emails and tweets and only replying to portions of my email. You should see their Twitter correspondence with the Twitter user Cleve as well. They certainly have no problem blaming the "blame game." 



"last but not least; we don’t give terrible service, we do our best to help each one of our customers.

we can’t help you further especially not with the language and accusations you use."

Also, I can't find it at the moment but they were ignoring another Twitter user who noted they ignored his emails and tweets about a return from what I can tell. They really don't know what service is or couldn't care less.

I disagree. These remind me of the Cyber Monday's. They crease the exact same way as my CMs.
 
Held in hand, not sure how people came to the plastic conclusion. I can live with em but red is def a funny shade, wont be trying to match these too tuff, LOL much better than the bred lows which got returned so fast Nik wasn't sure they shipped em to me :rofl: so who's doing the swoosh disco?

Idk if they will reach swoosh accounts this soon. I'm sure they wanna sell for retail as much as possible.
 
Can anyone still get the freeship coupon on 290 SQM to work? I'm in Canada, maybe that's the problem?

Edit: I somehow didn't see the post about it not being active anymore.

Quite amusing really, considering these kicks are getting a mixed response from all you lot!

Ordered my pair from the turkish website. 

No real point posting the photo's when they arrive, as we've now seen them.

However, I do have some Nike id Air Max Zero's coming my way, and I think those should be shared. I'll find the right thread for them.

As for the 'Lace' dilemma for these Lettermans, I think the best colour is the navy laces, by far.

But , if a pair of speckled laces were available (like the white cement type of speckle, light grey lace with dark grey speckles) I think that would work quite well. something to balance out the monotonous theme (or duotonous (not really a word)).

Theres my two cents.
