so I asked about the Jeep Patriot first and I gues they're as bad as all the reviews I've read... now I'd like some feedback about the GMC Terrain

Get a rav4, CRV or Rogue, CX5 mazda

Or you can get the mitsu outlander or sport for a bargain since alot of people overlook the brand

Would help if you gave us more info.

Like what you're using the car for, budget, etc...

everyday use, but still be able to take out of town, camping, and carry my bikes too, but still good on gas, I'm not going off roading or anything... 16k-18k, I'd like to keep it under 20 or no more than

Stick to one thread or even better post it in the thread about cars. Can you imagine the general section clutter if everybody made a thread asking about each individual car they were looking at?

I locked the Patriot thread because I'm guessing with that feedback you aren't going to get one. Feel free to edit this thread to be more general or if there are other cars you are looking at, or if you want to make a new one and start from scratch, I can lock this one up too.

It would help if you explained what it was that you're looking for in a vehicle. Price, wants(interior space, transporting, do you have a long commune, towing etc).

I did want the Patriot, but I wanted a little bit of feedback on then first cuz I've heard lots of negative about them... and also wanted some info on these Terrains as well... I'd rather have a little knowledge on something rather than just spending 20k without knowing anything about the vehicle

Why not a truck? New Ridgeline about to be :smokin.

Its got a V6 so it's not going to be chugging gas like most trucks. Got a huge trunk under the bed so you can store a ton of ****. Perfect for hauling bikes.

Perfect vehicle to take camping IMO.

My wife got a new terrain in 2011. Kept it for 2 years I think. Gas mileage was decent, 20mpg combined city/highway. Not much space if you have a family. I remember just the stroller took up most of the cargo space. We took it on vacation once, for us and our young son at the time and it was tight. It was a comfortable driving car, it was fairly reliable. But we only put about 30k miles on it. If you can find a low mileage one it isn't bad. Once we were expecting our 2nd child we knew it wouldn't be big enough.

I like those Ridgelines but I didn't know they had V6's and as for trucks I don't wanna spend more than 18, 20k the most and most trucks are a little too much for me. size if the vehicle isn't too much of a factor cuz I don't have a family, reason why I'm looking into these smaller SUVs

What may help too is looking up the specific forum for the vehicles you are interested in (i.e. a Jeep owners forum or GMC), and reading what owners have to say.

Good luck!

haha only way I'm sellin my El Co is for a 63/65 Riviera or 67/69 Continental Rag... but I actually wanted a M3 and would have one now but had a bad experience at the BMW lot. the discrimination/racial profiling I expierenced there was too much

my homie just got a new F-150 and was telling me about the GMC Canyon, I think I'm gonna look at those too
