NDA

Whatup  yall. Im asking the most random question here lol

Does anyone know what a Non Disclosure Agreement is? I've been in touch with an investor for a certain project. Before telling him about my idea I made him sign an NDA. We emailed each other and talked a few ideas related to this one idea I initially had. Now I have a completely new idea unrelated to what we were talking about. Do I have to send him another NDA or does one NDA cover what we talk about? Thanks

Basically it's a contractual agreement not to discuss or talk about whatever you're being privy to. Pretty sure you're fine with the original NDA, but I'd get a lawyer just to be sure.
