Show is so dope, watching the process of people body changing is crazy. My new favorite show easily, well done A&E. Catch it if you can Tuesday's 10pm.

Basically a person trainer takes 4 months to gain 60 or more lbs, so the trainer and customer can go through the process of losing weight together. Can't lie, I almost dropped a couple tears the first episode.

Dude what the hell are these trainers thinking? I dropped my fork watching this. Fat lady was crying because her trainer said he is going to spend 4 months gaining 60 lbs so he can lose the weight with her. Trick, why don't YOU change your diet and exercise during those 4 months. Are you just gonna sit on your ***? I guess that's the whole point of reality tv.

I don't think I would do it for anything less than 500k. I'd be too worried about getting stretch marks and loose skin.

Yea, one trainer went to the dr and the dr told him to quit bc he could have a stroke at any time, then she put him on blood pressure meds. In 4 months he was put on meds. Scary **** man.

I've been completely shocked every show. One of the ladies turned into a complete milf.

Anyone been watching the show? I think I've seen every episode. These fat people really put in the work. Except for one guy who quit (what a chump) they've all made big transformations. Get a little teary eyed at the endings.

Seen a few episodes mainly because Mercedes Fallon could get it.

Show is pretty interesting though.

EDIT: There's one episode about a mother getting in shape. When they revealed her to the family and her grown son started crying, def hit the feels button.

It's nothing to them though. It's your job to be in shape. If anything it proves they can drop that weight too. I've put on a little over 50 pounds since July on purpose. It ain't that hard. Just eat way more, especially if it's your job to do it.

I feel you though on fat people taking no responsibility for why they're fat. I'm just saying packing on 60 pounds isn't hard to do especially with free food.

So you've been putting on roughly 6-7 lbs a month since July? What foods do you eat to achieve this?

These trainers, especially the one last week named Trammell, are gorging themselves with high octane junk in a small amount of time. His triglycerides went from the 50's to 140's at his one-month checkup. Holy ****. It seems like the black male trainers on this show are the ones that have gotten the biggest health scares.

Oh gross I didn't know they were doing it with junk.

I eat a lot of curry and rice, chicken, salmon, quinoa, burgers. We make it all ourselves. Grinding our own burger too. So basically carbs and protein and greens. I'm in the gym 5 days a week too. It's not like I'm fat. Just wanted to put on some size.

Whaaaaat! Can't wait to watch!! Need that kind of inspiration right now! How long is each episode?

I love the gym/ meal preppin/ eating healthy and actually cooking. I'll check this out

They're like 40 min if you fast forward through the commercials.

This show ain't really about that . It's mostly watching someone struggle to eat donuts everyday. 10 min is devoted to training with the client. Then they zoom right to the reunion months later for the transformation reveal.

It's really just has a heartwarming value to see someone change their life around.

I don't know why they bothered airing that episode. Her client was a massive failure. Dude wasted an hour of our time and 4 months of hers. #PissWeakMentality

Seriously. If a doctor goes over your blood test results and basically tells you you're gonna die early..... wouldn't you be eager to start getting healthy? Dude just sat there like an idiot. And he's a Hollywood producer? Something ain't computing in his brain.

I agree. I was very annoyed. The fact that he said he was more happy when he was eating all that junk than when he was lost some weight. Guy was a disaster.
