I'd make the dopest public art ever with my heat vision and icy breath out of heavy materials and drop them off at night in places on some mystery artist steez using my super powers. I'd be sure to be able to prove that I produced the art and let it build a buzz, then reveal myself as the artist with proof down the road.

I'd never let anyone see or record my process and just be a super buff old art cat that's mysterious and commissioned for great art at a hearty price.

in all seriousness tho if i had superman powers my first order of business would be to go around beating the breaks off of police in different regions for no reason at all. like really REALLY degrading and emasculating them taking every ounce of confidence ego or self esteem they had. just making their life hell. 
 
This isn't even really a good either or.

Id just take Superman's powers and finesse 1B through appearances or just in-general world saving.
