Probably because they don't move that many shoes on the regular. Not showing were these sales are coming from is a major flaw and anyone moving major heat already knows what's up.

Why I suspected duck tales when an NTer said he sold a pair for 21k on there.
Must have been working for the company.
I had yeezy set up that just sat and expired cause they kept saying it was too high of a price.
Took them to FCLA and they sold within a week.

StockX is trash. I listed about a dozen shoes on there at prices that I'd consider reasonable (usually on the low end of market price). After a few months, I have not sold anything. All of the bids are insultingly low. As a seller, this site is useful only if you need to unload your collection in a fire sale. If you look at their "stock ticker" price of a shoe and then look at the bids, they're usually about 50% off. That leads me to believe that very few of the sales shown in their ticker came from StockX. I'm actually surprised that this site isn't working as intended as they're charging eBay rates and offering buyers an authentication service. I thought that this was going to really cut into eBay sales, but I've been completely wrong.

Sold Adidas gold ultra boost for $288, got back $249. Site is ok, I felt like I lucked out with that sale. It's very hard to sell a shoe for its "supposed" worth. Have had other shoes, mostly heat, trophy room white and black 23s, and one GR (Flu game) that I can't get rid of. Put the yeezys up on there but it sat a bit and then dropped in price and now I'd rather just keep em till the price goes up a lil, feel like anything less than 700$ after fees for a yeezy is just disrespectful.
Anyone know how to get access to GOAT? Ive applied almost a month ago and still nothing.

Can't seem to get down with selling on SX. I hate how their layout is so distracting with all of the stock market like stats in the background. I like GOAT though. Ive sold 3 pairs already at prices lower than what ive seen and turn around time was fast.

What a sham of a marketing ploy. Raising fees and calling it a customer rewards program. Maybe people will finally see through their terribly written jokes and move away from stockx. I can't trust a company that seems to be so closely tied with fake manufacturers and doesnt provide sources for the data they provide.

I'm not crazy about my StockX experience so far. I think not having any contact with the buyers doesn't give the sellers any reason to ship quickly

Since the focus has been on the commission fee structure, I missed another fee increase. StockX is raising the price of their shipping from $10 to $13.95. That's nearly a 40% increase.
One issue with start-ups is that when they get flushed with cash from investors, they sometimes don't manage their expenses very well. I'm beginning to think this is the case with Stockx.
