How do you file/store paper things at home?

I have 3 large apple boxes full of papers bank statements, medical insurance papers, credit card papers, receipts, miscellaneous papers I need to sort and somehow organize.

HOW DO YOU STORE YOUR FILES AND SUCH?

Before you say paperless ftw don't because you probably have a box or drawer full of papers.

I've recently purchased Manila folders and sheet protectors at staples but I haven't organized things yet..staples has a ton of great stuff
