Air Jordan IX Wht/Black/Red HOLIDAY 2016

Got my pair in mail today ahead of schedule. These are my first pair of Ogs.

So im new to this forum. Ive been buying jordans and lebrons for a while. It was always the non og coloreways that attracted my attention though.

I never knew people scrutinized their shoes for glue stains.....

Congrats on your first OG J pick up. Good start OG wise, theyre the best colorway from out the 9s imo.

As for scrutinizing , some on here will flip over the most miniscule flaws, happens every release, u get use to it.

Lots of good info to be had, alot of [emoji]128526[/emoji] ppl on here. Best sneaker forum hands down.. :nthat:

Mine came today...real clean..my 1st 9...so what's remastered about these compared to other drops? Juse curious

I Already recognize the wealth of info here. This is a very dope forum.

This is random, but i feel the need to share. When i was in the 3rd grade or so I passed on the white/blue 13s in favor of a pair of ken griffeys....never forgave myself.
 
Hope to grab these on the 23rd if there still available. My 2002's got stolen so it will be nice to have them back.

Imo This is the best cw for the 9's.

Theyre supposedly going to re-retro sept.2017, last time they dropped was 2010, so theyre definitely due..

As for Griffey , I aint even a baseball fan, but him and Prime Time have/had some fresh sneaks, undoubtedly.

Leather quality improved
1st row plastic lace loops are back
Dull midsole paintjob
Overall shape/cutting
Nike logo on the insoles

Only thing they did not correct is the jumpman on the left shoe at the side of the sole. Still facing backwards...

Good list. I would add size if the jumpman as well. Hold these next to any 9 from 2010 or earlier, it becomes very apparent.

This is something JB needs to get on top of, correctly, ASAP. These are one of my grails.
 
Also, I realize these are probably still readily available most places, but are there any codes you guys know about similar to the Villa code that was floating around on RD? I'm going to buy another pair because my left shoe has the stitched crooked "23" on the heel so I was going to cop another pair and mix and match before I returned the wonky pair. Thanks in advance!

Only code I would assume that'll come out are the east bay, foot locker, foot action 20% off ones

But these may be still excluded. As the villa type ones, I am unsure.
 
just copped...they cool. i needed to replace my 2003 pair soon.

we really rollin wit space jam IX's though? :lol:
