BTW my x got the one they put in the arm that lasts for 5 yrs. Doctor told me it's 99.98% effective, I was like, "eww, science hasn't developed anything 100% effective, need to close that gap." Didn't even matter, we weren't having sex anyways

TYPICALLY a woman will stop taking the birth control once she realizes its messing with how she normally is. is that an option for you guys or...?
i'm leaning towards what everyone else is saying. there's more to the situation that you haven't told us. were you rocky before she started taking them? were there signs that she wasn't as interested in you before?

most of these contraceptives manipulate estrogen and other hormone levels so its going to effect them one way or another until they get used to the hormonal changes within themselves. There are options tho and some have lower levels... maybe trying to change the type she's on is the answer. My shorty was on some and she had to switch
