I'd say that's been the opposite.11 years ago I remember nothing but ppl younger than me on here and I couldn't even mess with General cuz I thought it was so weird and childish. Yeah the mods and admins were older but I never got this old man elitist vibe from General. Now with the familiar names that are still here (who I don't even think are all 35+) can't say things have changed. Young newbies still here.
