Man I remember that nervous feeling back in the 90s when your favorite rappers would be at the end of the radio interview, because you know the freestyle is coming, so you're like "don't embarass me my *****, i'm gon have to hear about it tomorrow" but dudes would still always hold it down. When you realize how many times they must've been asked that, verses the incoherent ******** these cats do nowadays, you gotta admire the talent and skill, even if you didn't mess with them.

We had TOO many options back in the day. It's like we used up all the good rap and left this generation with a handful of options, whereas back then we could be super picky and dislike an MC for the dumbest of reasons even though he was spitting! And he would still go at least gold because he had a fan base. We were truly spoiled back then.
