IF theres a claim, they prob even putting a hold on that money in your account. So you out money and shoes (at the moment).

I dont have money in my paypal account. Its already in my bank account. They cant take money directly from my bank account.

They actually can. A while ago I sold a jacket to some guy in Australia. Shipped it EMS to him (cost ~$60). No word from him, dude listed it for sale a week after he got it. Then on the last day before the chargeback period was over, I get an email saying he says not in condition as advertised. I wrote in the case details he never contacted me about any problems and even relisted item for sale using the same exact pics from my listing. They took money out of my bank as a precaution and told him to ship it back to me. Once I got the jacket back, they closed the case. In the end I basically paid $60 for my jacket to be in someone's possession for a few weeks.

:lol@ you thinking you can refuse the package. He's going to get his money regardless. You dragging it out just causes more anguish for yourself.

Dude was mad smart about it or whatever and I got got in the end.
I shipped the shoes and I get sign confirmation like I always do.
He's never there to get the delivery so they hold the package at the
Post Office for like 3 weeks! Dude hits me up in the second week saying
he wants a refund and going on and on about this being the worse experience
ever, even though he hasn't been home to receive the damn package.
Paypal and Ebay tell me to go ahead and issue a refund so I do so and a week
later the weak *** post office ships the shoes to him and he got my shoes
and his money back smh...Paypal and Ebay both said it wasn't anything they
could do about it and I needed to take it up with the post office.  I get insurance
on all of my transactions so I was like coo, but then the post office said they
didn't do anything wrong and wouldn't give me my damn insurance for it.
This dragged on for about 5 months and i ended up without money or my kicks
back in the end...Crazy world

Why would you issue a refund with out any protection? Use common sense here. You should‘ve never issued a refund. Your story makes no sense. If the shoes are not deliverable, they usually ship it back to the sender.

Exactly, I refuse to believe son is this dense when it comes to PayPal transactions mean.gif

The claim is already in the buyers favor at this point, you gotta be a fool to think he's not getting his money back.

OP, sounds like you need money or the buyer found out he was a fool and wants you to refund the money. There is nothing you can do than to just wait till you get your shoes back and ensure you don‘t get docked on any fees.

Once you have your item, just refund the money and flag the buyer.
