OG Nike Air Jordan III Retro True Blue BLACK FRIDAY '16

That could be true.  I didn't want these until later on.  I liked them because they had ep on the lace holes and no other 3s have that I think.  Def true about the grape 5s.  I remember I settled for the grapes in 8th grade because they didn't have any of the other colorways in stock.

My how conditioned we all are

$220 is too high
$190 is just right

For a shoe that costs $0.23 to make

Nike stay winning

Not that it makes these inflated prices anymore justified, but Jordan retros cost anywhere from $16-20+ to produce; that includes materials, labor, overhead, and factory profit.

Don't forget to add in marketing costs which include sponsored athletes.

lol people are reaching man, if the space jams sat I could only imagine the complaints

the demand is just higher for 11's

I think they are definitely more comfortable than any other 3s.  I feel like I could play in these.

Probably could, but probably shouldn't. I finally accepted the fact retros shouldn't be my first choice to hoop in anymore since technology has come quite a ways in the past decade. Roasting someone in a pair of Jordan Retros, primarily XI's or XII's, looks so good, though!

This color really only resonates with the older heads. It may be an OG color but I doubt a majority care for this color.

When it was last retro'D it was just a beater type shoe among my group of friends

my local nike outlet is like 2 hours away

nike dumb for pulling them. its christmas time. holiday shoppers were bound to come around them eventually especially after people missed out on the ix and space jams.

They actually pulled quite a few stuff from the website. Included clearances low price stuff

They really sending these to outlet? Could be from the amount of returns and complaints otherwise I see no other reason for this

Check out the videos on YouTube, they're definitely already in outlets. I'm going to check with the Birch Run, MI location to see if they have them so I can swap out the B-grade pair NDC sent.

The Black Friday Aqua VIII's were fully stocked months later for only $140 a pair. You know the Jordan Retro climate has changed drastically when True Blue III's w/Nike Air on the heel get the same treatment. It's probably a combination of many things; knitted runners being trendy, inflated "Remastered Initiative" MSRP, sloppy craftsmanship, the absence of proper quality control, and probably a few other factors I'm forgetting. After all is said and done, Nike is still winning even if these don't sellout at full retail pricing.

they need to send these back to the manufacturer.

whats funny is even if you find these at the outlet you gonna seeeee the same issue.

I apologize to everyone I criticized in here for complaining  deadass. My homegirl got me one on discount and I barely picked it up from her yesterday and one shoe look like it been worn already  creased up smh. I'm taking them back after Christmas and gonna act like I got em as gift and try to exchange lolollol

Any idea why Nike pulled these from their website? There's no way they're soldout. Maybe they did the right thing, and unloaded them to outlets so they could stop handing out 20% off discount codes like Halloween candy.

Lol they like they have to go to the drawing board again

We will re release these in like 3 yrs

I like my pair of TB3's better than I like my pair of SJ XI's. Guess I got lucky with a good pair.

Hey guys, first time in the thread and a first time AJ3 owner. Before I start talking I'd like to say that I'm not very knowledgable in the 3s.

I'm definitely disappointed on how JB executed the 3s. The cyber mondays costed $30 less and had better quality. I'm honestly thinking about this time around JB is taking advantage of all the hypebeasts and the holidays that's around the corner. When I got my TB's mine was fine IMO. I'm looking up a way to loosen up the leather, if I put oils on it or conditioner will that help?

I bet they pulled them because there was so many complaints / returns. Nike does free shipping both ways so if everyone is sending them back that's a lot of cost. Probably shipping them to outlets so they don't have to deal with shipping.
