thats why I said "in general". I forgot what stores I picked for Manhattan that wasn't doing FCFS, but I can tell you with certainty that the stores I picked in Manhattan has more pairs than any store in Staten Island Mall which is 5 minutes away from my house. Again this goes back to it being a safer choice to pick a store with more stock than pick a store that is most convenient to get to. You were only comparing it within your own borough, which in theory, yes if QCM is the largest stock of Queens, you'd have a better chance if its just all Queens. But if you're comparing QCM to all of NYC spots, other options would've been better

I remember Macy's on 34th Street selling Jordans too. I remember passing on the OG Stealth XX and regretting it a few days later.And Macy's too. I still remember holding GS Playoff XII's....and not getting them

Just a tip for those who didn't get raffle calls - I was told by both Footlocker and Finishline (different malls) that I have to pick the shoes up between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM tomorrow. Not all individual stores follow the same corporate "standard" policies where you can pick up any time of the day.
I'd recommend finding out which stores are limiting pickups to before 10:00 and maybe just show up at 10 on the dot to see if there are unclaimed pairs. I may not be picking up a size 9 from Finishline.

Okay, I understand your reasoning now. But what happens when a location in Queens gets lets say 3/4th the inventory or even half the inventory of 34th ft FTL? That was my rationale.
It's my understanding that Queens Center FTL get's probably the second largest inventory outside of 34th and NTNY.

I suspected Nordstrom would have them, but didn't think they were doing reserves/raffles. That's news to me.

True, but cant imagine each call takes longer than a minute, including the ringing. Say a spot got 100 pairs. At one minute a call, u got one dude that can knock those calls out in 1:40. Say the dude wants your life story too and takes 2 minutes a call, thats 3:20. I dont know, maybe they both got late starts, maybe they are understaffed and only doing a little at a time during down hours, or maybe they just got a grip of inventory.

Been lurking this thread for a couple days, and I got to say all you guys that are worried you might strike out just relax. There are a crazy amount of pairs out there, just make sure tomorrow you hit all the footsites, snkrs app, and/or check for unclaimed pairs and you will be good. Everybody should be eating tomorrow!

the FTL employee is supposed to be writing down people's info for raffle tickets, but he pocketed a few tickets, maybe to give to friends and family. And they're going to "draw" those tickets
