Waitlist folks should start getting hits around the 3 hour mark .... once folks have confirmed or not if they want thier pairs. Typically (experience with Yeezys 1s et al) waitlist folks are notified a few hours post the confirmation period... you have a window in which to confirm and you won't necessarily get the notification you moved from waitlist to a pair.
