On vacation with my kids in Legoland Carlsbad and headed to great wolf lodge in garden grove tomorrow so I'll be in so cal for a few more days

Had solehaven cancel on me and could of purchased fnl link but I though size? Would come through but got cancellation there too today.

Will be headed back down to nor cal in 2 days anyone know of spots with still some left? Like Bakersfield etc on my way back home. Any help would be greatly appreciated

they knew they needed michael jordan to return as he was already considered by most as the greatest to ever play and thus he was they're cash cow. he made the game global. think about where the nba would be had mj never came back and won those last 3 chips. so they made him retire under the guise of his father dying, which actually did happen. some say his dad was a blood sacrifice, but that's a whole nother story. mj and the nba knew his retirement would only be temporary as the game NEEDED him, which is why he went to play baseball... so that he could stay in shape.

i know many will say i'm crazy, but i hear it all the time and it doesn't bother me. i think ppl who depend on the tv/mainstream media for their news are crazy. who is wrong? i'll admit, it's almost impossible to find info on the point shaving theory, but i believe it to be true. all the other stuff, however is all there for u to research for yourselves. i only took the time to type all this bc i care about u guys and want u to open your mind to the reality that we've all been lied to and we are all continually lied to daily by the media. about the wars, about 9/11, about the food we consume, which is the number cause of cancer, about the air we breath (chemtrails), about global warming, which is a direct result of weather modification (haarp), about vaccines, which are the number one cause of autism in our children, the list goes on and on and on.

Came home today to find my son sitting and playing on an oddly sized box, we get a grip of stuff from Amazon, didn't think much of it. Figured it must be some random stuff like baby wipes lol. Well my boy likes to get creative and jump on and off and roll these shipment boxes all over the place.

Then it dawned on me that this box looks a lot like a NDC box, which at that point was nicely crushed on one corner, and he was trying to drop it from the table top. I was more worried about him trying to jump off the table while holding it. Kids, you buy them $100 lego sets and they have just as much fun playing with a box.

Ahhh the joys of fatherhood.

So I quickly grab the box, see the Memphis on the label, and get real excited, they came a day early! The box had those air packets so no damage to the box inside - although there's a slight crease I don't care about.

Once my kiddo saw the cartoon box cover and the galaxy box lid, he took them and ran, laughing with joy. Hehe don't we all feel that way when you unbox the latest cop?

Anyways, I'm real happy I got the Nike+ early reserve, because I somehow struck out on Release day, raffles, SP, FNL backdoor and all of that. But 1 pair is all I need.

After a pretty successful '16 for releases and steals, I have to say, these probably top my list.

Feeling pretty thankful that I have the means and live in a place where things like 20 year old basketball shoes can be a passion and hobby.

Looking at these pics: That toe cap is pretty dang crooked! Shrug, still dope asf!

My opinion on Fit:

I have a pretty wide foot and suffer the pinky toe pinch on my columbias and 72-10s which are both size 12. Oddly, size 12 in the bred lows, cherry lows, and infrared lows are all fine.

I went with a 12.5 for these, and they look humongous in hand. I noticed the box is bigger than the other size 12s as well. There is definitely room length wise, and at the top of my big toe. But the pinky area is perfect. Which means this was a perfect fit for me. I know they will crease, but I bend my foot and stuff so that's going to happen regardless.

I'd probably recommend TTS but can't see how going down in size would work.
 
alright here is my honest opinion on the '09 vs '16.received my NDC pair yesterday & spent about a hr. comparing these side by side.My '16 NDC pair came with box damaged like somebody punted it on to the shipping truck.i know it's just a box & we don't wear em but i must say i'm very impressed with the over all packaging presentation.i've seen the box countless times on YT videos but in hand these don't compare so that is disappointing as the space is my favorite XI & the sneaker that got me into collecting the '09 pair in particular (tho i've worn j's since elementary in the '90s).My '16 pair came with nit picky flaws but the one that does kind of bother me is this crease on the toe box on one of the shoes.i believe it's the right one can't really call it a crease like the ones your get from the wearing /bending of the shoe but like they didn't cut & sew the toe box patent properly more of like a air bubble like a line bubble not the usual circular air bubble best way i can explain it.it's right in the center of the toe box it's not that noticeable unless your looking at them in hand like i said it's a nit picky flaw but now i notice it.it does bother me but nothing i can't look past especially since i paid slightly under retail there were also other nit picky flaws not even worth mentioning.now on to the actual comparison of the shoes as far as the sizing i took one left & one right shoe of each pair & placed the back heels directly against the wall side by side & the length of the '16 pair was barely bigger but what i did notice is the width of the toe box of the '16 pair was noticeably bigger & this is where preference comes in.'09 is slim & sleek vs the '16 pair being bulky looking & of course the obvious the patent cut.now on to the quality the '16 has better quality materials but in my opinion not much better not a "night & day" quality difference like people are claiming on here.not much better than the '09 quality that people are claiming that is trash my 09's have been worn casually over 60 times with sneaker shields & cleaned with wipes after each wear & besides light yellowing & light cracking of the screen printed 23 on back are the only very minor flaws.i occasionally get complemented "i like your new kicks" by non sneaker people/sneaker collectors/heads alike.people also like to ask how much i paid i say "$175 + tax on release date".not always but it's not uncommon they look at me side ways like i'm lying to be cool or i'm rocking fakes.my whole point of my semi rant is how can such a garbage shoe hold up so well 7 yrs. later but just like anything if you take care of em they will hold up well if of decent quality.now back to which one i prefer i prefer the '09s i didn't own a 11 till then so i'm use to the XI mid low patent cut they look more sleek & not bulky like the OG style.i'm biased when it comes to the aesthetic just like the og heads at the end of the day it comes down to preference.those who say the '09 is garbage are just being blasphemous but everyone is going to have their opinion.

If I was lazy and chose to sleep in and buy later. 260-280 ain't even bad. I value sleep and no effort kinda high.
