Does the notify me tab in SNKRS the way to reserve a pair or does it just mean the shoe is available?

Nike+ app randomly selects members for reserved pairs.
Selecting the "notify me" option on SNKRS will notify you as the release nears and on the day of the release (about 15 minutes prior to going live).

That is why I am so happy that all the stores around me are on the app. No hassle at all, and you know your faith by 1500 on Friday. This should and will be an easy pick-up around my way.
