FX: "Taboo" Tom Hardy...Officially Renewed for Season 2

caught up on all 6 eps

end of ep 6 :frown:

did winters mom (the madam)  **** a black guy, or is she not really her daughter? :nerd:

Delaney said something earlier in the season to the effect of "you have the same eyes"

I'm assuming that's her real daughter. Also, episode 6 hasn't aired yet, no spoilers please

"Take off your clothes.....

TAKE OFF YOUR ******* CLOTHES NOW!"

 Son was backed up ready to let go once son was buried then he freaks out about his moms again. Beyond the grave :smile:blocking and blue balls.

Damn James killed a lot of ppl this ep. Can't blame his murders in cholera either

Winter :smh: She just didn't listen. It's one thing I always say and said it this ep after she said she is t scared of him. You dom't need to be scared to end up dead. Like you aint scared of him? So what he can still end you.

Zilpha though  Seems doesn't matter if It's the mother or father, crazy runs in that family.

They were too reckless with the gun powder.

Great but sad ep.

how the east india company gon kill a little girl to make her mom testify?

These bastards drowned a couple hundred human beings alive. Killing children is light work.

A cheese grater type tool to the thigh it seemed. That guys sucks at torture. Splinters underneath nails and taking a eyeball would be worse. Not to sound crazy but you are suppose to play off of nerve endings and things you will not get back.

Did Delaney get his manhood Bravehearted? :x

I don't think so. What made you think that?

When he first starts getting tortured by henchman in the mask, he just starts doing something to his lower half and we hear gruesome cutting noises as Delaney screams in pain. Wasn't sure what was going on.......
The point was to inflict pain so he would talk. Cutting off his penis would lead to massive blood loss and death. I think they were using a grater on his belly.

Same reason they didn't start chopping off limbs. James would've easily talked if that meeting with Sir Stuart meant he'd be a quadriplegic

Yeah, that time period and it being England probably aint precise with their torture technique.

The English are pretty babrbaric with their torture going back to the dark ages.

I was extremely let down by the finale. I thought it was confusing, didn't resolve anything at all, didn't give me a reason to watch another season, and did a terrible job of answering the "what's the point" question I had lingering all season.

Season up until the last episode: 7.8/8

Season finale 3/8

So in its entirety, the show gets a 5.4/8
