Is milk bad for you?

dont need to click that link. human beings were not meant to drink the milk of a cow. especially not processed milk. even adult cows dont drink cows milk.

LOL

If cow's milk is your thing, raw milk is the highest quality. The cows eat their natural diet of grass which produces more omega-3 in the milk. There's also live enzymes which will help you digest it as opposed to the pasteurized stuff that gives most people the squirts. Make sure the raw milk is from a trusted source. You can get sick messing with the wrong udder. My great grandmother lived to 108 and they say she drank a glass of milk everyday. She had a cow onsite.

Kindof on topic but i dont get cheese.

It doesn't taste like anything.

I only like it melted on dishes.

Always weird that ADULTS, we drink the breast milk of another animal

This. I wonder who in their right mind was looking at a cow feed it's calf and automatically said, "boy that looks tasty". I wonder if they drank directly from the nipple.

Yes. And since dairy has been directly linked to osteoporosis, you gotta wonder where in the world did the "drink milk, it'll make your bones strong!" propaganda come from?

I remember hearing something long ago that humans are the only mammals that consume milk past infancy. It's strictly meant for developing babies.

What alternative tastes the best? I tried almond milk but it tasted gross. Do people drink buttermilk by itself?

Milk free for about a year or so, on that almond milk steez. Califia Farms makes a really good Almond Milk

You are pretty much drinking ****, growth hormones, antibiotics and blood cells.

R.I.P
