So, I'm trying look like this for the summer:
I decided to do an enema, a laxative, and cleansing concoction. The process should take 7 days.
First, let me say the anxiety is understandable especially if you never had anything up your rectum. So I'll walk you through it.
I used the Fleet brand enema, they come in 133ml bottles. The guy at the pharmacy said, 750-1000ml is overkill, he was right.
I did mine in the bath tub (empty of course) and although the system comes pre-lubed you're gonna wanna add more. I used Vaseline.
There's this split second, when you're naked on your knees, and you're inserting a tube up your rectum this fear comes over you:
I felt like Fleece Johnson was watching me...
There's nothing to fear but fear itself. Just let it happen, think about the endgame. You're gonna be the man this summer. Insert the nozzle. If things going in your rectum is a virgin experience, like it is for me, the experience of the enema nozzle entering can be scary.
The enema became an entity, and if it could talk:
...I was in doggy position like what the:
You have to squeeze the bottle, and it probably goes against everything you thought you knew as a man. You're powerless and paralyzed with fear:
Remember the endgame. You're gonna be "the master" this summer, squeeze the bottle!
You're gonna feel the cold water slide down your rectum, into your colon. You realize it isn't that bad. Then about 2-3mins in, you can feel the magic happening. It's time. You realize you're stronger than the enema.
You head to the toilet feeling the mixture of discomfort, but sublime confidence because you can feel yourself on the verge of being flushed out, clean. The whole time you're sitting like:
That's it...you're done. You can feel the difference immediately. As I sit here and type, I know there's gonna be a few more episodes tonight. But the hard part is done.
Hopefully this thread gives you the courage to take the steps towards a cleaner colon and better health.
