You Keep Your Body Clean Ha? Enema and Cleanse Dieting Thread.

I aspire to have a diet and activity level of early hunter gatherers/foragers and this does not sound like something they partook in...I could be wrong though

The I could be wrong tho line has me dyin

I remember wen i tried that i thought it wasnt working and i was driving to the store and BOOM :x

It hits hard and fast all at once.

Had to pull over at a gas station

Unless you are severally impacted/constipated, an enema is a waste of time and money and dignity.

If you want to cleanse yourself, stop drinking alcohol and doing drugs. Start exercising, stay hydrated and eat a decent diet. Beyond that, drink yogurt or eat kimchi or sauerkraut and get your microbiota back on track. Eat cabbage and other crucifurous vegetables (cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels's sprouts, collard greens and beets) which will help to stimulate and cleanse your liver.

Most of cleansing takes sustained effort and abstention from bad habits. There is no quick fix.

Yea but how long should I practice this diet? For a week or what?

Don't do any dramatic starvation or purge based cleanses, they are mostly for psychological effects.

I'd suggest a start up period where you have two probiotic yogurts a day, don't drink any alcohol and eat crucifurous vegetables with every meal.

After that, try to drink alcohol sparingly, eat a cruciforms with at least one meal a day and drink on probiotic yogurt a day. It's about a healthy lifestyle and once you've stuck with it for a while, you'll feel deprived if you go a day without fresh fruits and vegetables.

I don't take many supplements but I do advise that people try out any seaweed/iodine based thyroid support supplements and milk thistle/dandelion supplements. They will get your energy levels way up if that is an issue.

Seriously. NTERS are ******ed with all this talk. Type to be clicking on all those, "I used to be______ until I learned this one quick trick..." Spam videos all over the web, then start telling everyone they know "oh I heard this one thing will make you get _______ and it really works!"

Unfortunately ,I seen the evidence...

One of my friends started few weeks back and strained her stools to get the stones. :x
She froze em and showed em to me last night :x
That's why I'm even considering this. :smh:
Joints look like green rocks from sand to dime size :x
It's crazy b. Like, that was in her... And prolly in me...:smh:

She said she got soo much energy.
She feels lighter. She used to get tired after meals.
That's over with. She has more mental clarity and focus.

Got me thinking real hard over here now. I do believe my
System is heavily bogged down from my past poor eating habits
And pain killers over the years.
Interesting but id be curious if they were actually gallstones. Itd be very surprising to get a stone the size of a dime through the common bule duct without it getting stuck the normal common bile duct measures up to 6 mm in diameter a dime measures like 18mm.

Id love to see these stones analyzed by a lab and also see someone do a before and after gallbladder ultrasound.

Guess I back peddled too soon on them being dime sized
