Offical "Love" Judd Apatow Netflix Original Thread

how much time has elapsed in the show?

it feels like a long time, but they talk like its no more than 2 months.

Watched the show based off this thread. Great show.

Mickey pisses me off the way she treats Gus and gets away with it. Gus pisses me off because, even though he doesn't know about Dustin, is stuck on Mickey.

Def think Mickey should do what she says and be alone for a year. She really is the type that needs someone to validate herself of something.

It's crazy how fast the relationship is moving though considering they met a couple months ago.

Birdie needs to drop that POS Randy and get with ole dude from her job. Fat *** still bumming money off her.

I thought Gus' man was going to hit after the Company Party but the whole acene got morbid

Is it Birdie or Bertie?

Honestly, you gotta feel for Dustin too. Mickey comes back, let's him hit it. They talk about their future. Then she drops him when Gus gets back.

Girls ain't ****.

Bertie. One of the the things that annoyed me when I moved to America is how they leaned on T's like D's.

Would say Randy layin' that pipe but off that one scene she got ol boy on a short leash. IDK how this fool get to be 30 and never had a job. Like who was he bummin' off of before Bertie.

I was sure ol boy was gon get him some, he blew it too. Gus whole crew weak.

I hope Treats by Kev takes off tho

Gus's boy taking L's. He should have bagged Daria when Gus blew her off. The chick with the underbite was not popping.

I think they're gonna break up 1/3 to 1/2 way through, Gus still doesn't get over her till he meets his ex and Mickey ends up alone

Basically what I picture.

Depending on how many season they get. If the third is the last one then you're right. If it's not then he'll find out about Dustin at the end of season three.

I have a feeling Gus will find out about Dustin based of his friends. The two that saw Mickey and Dustin when hiking, and the friend that helped Dustin find Gus's apartment.

Or Bertie gets pissed at Mickey and spills the beans.

Was anyone else laughing at how they tried to make Universal Studios sets be 'Atlanta'?

I mean I get it it makes no sense to actually shoot in Atlanta, but why would they think the audience is really that naive? Anyone in LA knows that's universal studios.

I'd put money on Gus finding out by all of the above. Dr. Greg already spilled the tea to em and he shrugged it off so I'd think his friends tell him and he puts the math together but denies it until he asks Bertie about it and she tells him the truth. Gus don't wanna be happy for real, he just likes the excitement and stress with Mickey. Her box gotta be great

But the conversation breezed past it he didn't get a chance to digest what was happening

And the dude who pointed Dustin to Gus's apt hasn't said anything yet. Like iamDEF said, he'll put it together eventually.

Well they shoot a ton of marvel films out there. But, I feel you. Especially that plane scene. Obviously the 747 that's on the Hollywood tour

Gus is a real idiot for not taking the offer to hit his boss. He got to drive her Tesla and gets an offer to come in?! :smh: It's going to be interesting to see how the next season plays out.

What a great show guys. I just love how real this show is about relationships and dating. Season 1, episode 4 or 5, when Gus took Bertie on a date, that was LITERALLY step by step how a first date goes by an awkward guy. Im sure many people on here, including me, related to all the small talk, feeling uncomfortable in seating, being nice, trying to not get into argument, etc.

Gus is the true form of a kinda awkward guy trying to meet girls. His acting is so good cause its so real. Like the way he talks by asking personal stuff like "Hey, have you ever thought of quitting smoking ORRR". The "Orrrr" at the end of his sentences are hilarious. I do that all the time.

ANy thoughts?
