People have different interpretations of DS. Does changing the laces but not trying on still equal DS?

I think purists would say that aren't ds, but as long as they haven't been worn I would consider them ds

I mean something like this tho. Like it already comes "factory laced" like this, is that always a 100% dead give away that they're fake?
