OFFICIAL 2018 FANTASY BASEBALL THREAD

stick stick it's worth sleeping on it, and I would take Rizzo. Only thing is, while Estrada is one of the best in the A.L. (I roster him also), I read Toronto plans on limiting his innings down the stretch. Maybe consider trying to trade him instead?

I believe my league allows 2 or 3 keepers a year. Pretty sure Nomar Mazara will be one of them. Kid is the goods :pimp: .
Yeah I read that as well. I'm thinking of trying to package him and an above average bat (maybe Eduardo Nunez or Jung-Ho Kang - I have a surplus of SS/3Bs) to "recover" an elite pitcher if I trade Lester. Just gotta find someone who will bite.

My league is a 3 keeper league too. No clue who I'm gonna keep yet though . 1st and 2nd round picks are un-keepable, and year after year the cost of keeping somebody increases. The max you can keep someone is for 4 years, but realistically only guys who were drafted after the 13th round can be kept for that long. Early candidates for me are Jose Fernandez (5th round), Gregory Polanco (10th round), and Marcell Ozuna (20th round).

Dropped Melky and added Maybin. Thinking if I want to drop Napoli for a hot DiDi, thoughts?

Do it now and don't look back. I dropped a slumping Diaz a few weeks back for Didi in both my leagues and it's paid off so far. I advise you do the same #noregrets

Need pitching in the worst way in the NT league. Have a bunch of infielders i'm willing to part with.

Send offers. Literally any offer.

I had to go up the highest scoring team last weekend :smh:

Now Retro up 100+ on me

I was telling my girl this dude is probably hot he scored the second most points in the league but hes playing me lol.

Idk who half yalls teams are in relation to your names on NT so i rarely talk ****

Estrada (back) is expected to make his next scheduled start, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet Canada reports.

Spin:
Estrada was bothered by a bit of back pain in his previous start, which seems a bit similar to his early-season back issue. It didn't hinder his performance much, however, as the right-hander allowed three earned runs over five frames. Estrada has since received a cortisone shot, and as long as nothing new resurfaces, he should be good to go for Wednesday's series finale against the Royals. Manager John Gibbons was non-committal, however, stating "He should be fine. We'll see."

In a pickle to start him tomorrow or sit him.

I'll have him in there.

On another note, if Willson Contreras is somehow still available in everyone's leagues, grab him. He'll most likely get OF eligibility this week or the next (making his 7th start in LF today).

Yeah I feel obligated to start him b/c he's been solid all season.

Still regret sleeping on Contreras when I had the chance :smh: .

Should I drop Shawn Kelley at this point in time? Leaning towards yes.

The Pirates will be calling up Tyler Glasnow this weekend to start against the Cubs. Consensus top 15 prospect in all of baseball coming into this season.

Tough assignment to start his career, but he's been killing it in Triple-A this year. 7-2 with a 1.78 ERA and a 10.6 K/9 over 96.0 innings.

Damn Glasnow already added earlier this morning.

I love how active my league is but I'm always missing out  .

The report was updated and he's actually starting tomorrow @ St. Louis. Much better matchup, I'll have him active :pimp:.
