Expericing discomort wearing Kobe Mentality 2?

I recently got the Kobe Mentality 2 and whenever I lace up after a while my foot falls asleep and i experience the "pins and needles" feeling.  That happens when I wear it causually.  When I play in these, the lunarlon hurts the bottom of my foot for some reason.  I've tried removing the insole but my foot still falls asleep.  Why is my foot falling asleep when I wear this shoe causally and why does lunarlon hurt my foot.  I am young in good physical shape.  I am flat footed.

Kobe mentality has a full length drop in insole btw.

Maybe loosen up the midfoot and forefoot lace? Only the tighten the last eyelet?
