He's defintley suing them, but I wonder if he'll even get close to anything like Erin. Hulk is claiming they violated his privacy by releasing this tape. While Hulk is a huge douche bag, I have a feeling they'll be a double standard here. I don't see a difference, but let's see how this plays out. I believe Hulk is suing for $100mill.
 
I think everyone had moved past this. I forgot until this thread. Why did it take some 8 years? There was already a criminal case.

The power of money.

Most civil cases do not have jurors, let alone trials where cameras are allowed and or photo taking after the trial is over. Justice system took a hit today.
