A lot of servers do this though. Recently I've been surprised at how free they are with comping stuff. Matter of fact last time I was in ihop the server put the strawberry lemondaes on her

I'd imagine the food tip would be covered by $3. Anyone eating more than $15 worth of Ihop in a single sitting will be dead soon, regardless of tipping habits.

im not sure if you know this but hare is notorious for not tipping at restaurants. he once didn't tip for a 60 dollar meal because it was 'normal' service
