Jordan XI Low White/Red Summer '16 NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING/OPS

And it's only March. :smh: at this rate Ima have to start a class action lawsuit against JB for dropping too many good releases.

Mannnnnnn i almost dropped 275 on a DS old pair this past summer. Auction ended while i had a baseball game.

I'll take a crispy one :smokin

Wish i didnt sell my white pair w/red sole from few years ago

Wonder if they still droppin the white pair with gold leather...maybe more info at dino show....still undecided bout those....

It's about time if this is legit! Been on the look for a pair of these for a while and prices were too high for a 15 yr old shoe..

Definitely added to the list to get this year and now I'll be patiently waiting for the Carolina lows as well..

Lol. This was the only XI I owned from the initial retro run. The patent leather on the original retro was the best that I ever had on ANY sneaker. I wore these into ground and that patent loss it's gloss before it started to seriously crease (you guys should know it takes a long time for that to happen unless you're throwing your kicks in the washing machine)

But why get these unless you're thirsty? If you've been paying attention to the last 7 years of holiday releases you can see a patern: Started off with classic og and retro+ colorways. Used all those up until they only had 1 left (Columbia) so they threw out new lackluster colorways to stretch out the stint between recycling the release of classic colorways. Now we've just about come full circle (prepare to see concords back again). But this time around they'll use a few "new" colorways to feel in the gaps. And a midtop version of this shoe will be one of those. Somewhere along the line we'll see a midtop with faux snake's skin, and an all red XI (The thirst is too high for those. JB will capitalize on it eventually).

How do I know? I know because there's nothing else they can do with the model that's going to look decent. Imagine a kid this Christmas trying to explain to his parents that the "72-10" and Space Jam are not the same shoe, and they're reasoning behind why two shoes so similar should be bought back to back.

I will admit, there are a few nice colorways of the XI that could be released but will never see the light of day. Nike seems to have a problem with shoes that can be easily customized into classic colorways. Every wonder why you never seen a version of the "banned" 1s with white blocking????

Apologies for the long post.

Abridged version: Why buy these when you know they'll be midtop version released before you've worn these twice?

Actually forgot about that pair. Also down for those if they're ever confirmed and do drop.

While I might not like all of them, i've been generally enjoying Nike's new strategy of releasing multiple 11 lows a year. And with the lowtop 6's last year, along the 5's and 9's (Along with a pair of lowtop 2's I believe) this year I suspect that we'll be seeing more lowtop releases over the next few yeas as well, such as the 8's and 12's.

same here man. these don't excite me at all cause I know they will look just as cheap as the Georgetown lows. easy pass

A lot of NT complains just to complain and most of the complainers are back on RD trying to get a pair or wind up with it somw time after the release

The 72-10s seems like a cheap cash grab now that Space Jams are releasing.. There's no way myself and a lot of other people would've picked up the 72-10s knowing SJs were releasing.

JB has really been slacking with retro+ cws the past few years, Master 12s and SBBs were great but 90% of the other retro cws are bad or really uninspired.
