Air Jordan 12 “Wings” - April 2, 2016

Not going to lie I was freaking out a little thinking this would be a masters repeat. Just got the shipped confirmation from nike, going to sleep like a baby tonight.

Rep'D I figured someone/anyone went thru hell trying to cope with not knowing...

Is it possible to be blacklisted from any of these Nike Draw raffles? I haven't won a single one. Im considering not even going through the trouble of using my Nike account and using a different account and name for now on.

If you were black listed I would think it would stop you from even submitting an entry

just checked snkrs and mine shipped but have yet to receive an email for those who were worrying about it earlier. Check your orders.

So we're celebrating resellers now? People who intentionally gouge others for the sole purpose of making money.
I have no problem with dude grabbing 22 pairs with the intention of reselling them. I have a problem with all these thirsty people that are willing to shell out 1500 for some playoff 12s with a little gold and a number on em. If people weren't willing to pay ridiculous prices for some pleather and rubber, we wouldn't have people going to lengths like entering a raffle 3000 times.

Try explaining to a non-sneakerhead how those Wing 12s are worth 1500, but playoff 12s go for around 3-400, and watch their head explode. Resellers aren't the crazy ones, people paying crazy prices are.

We can't celebrate resellers, but we should celebrate people that pay a grand for a pair of frag 1s, and congratulate them like they came up? It goes both ways. For the record, I celebrate neither person.

People wouldn't have to pay resale if resellers didn't buy 22 pairs. Pretty cut and dry if you ask me.

If Nike doesnt make these shoes so limited then we wouldn't have the issues.
Limited = sucks BUT I'll take these being limited and me missing out for the trade off of us getting the classics mass produced so that I can buy as many as my heart desires.

I have no problem with resellers or people who buy for resell. I think it's more irking members in here are shifty, sometimes hypocrites. Seems like one day they're siding and celebrating someone doing 3k raffles and hogging 22 pairs giving them props. The next day I see the same members gang up and troll someone who gets all the pairs to resell and does something similar. Not sure if NTers are playing favorites based on NT rep or not but it's lame.

Agree 100%. Although I'm not the type to buy more than 1 pair. I definitely don't knock those who do.

There would be no resellers if people weren't willing to pay high prices. It comes down to the "What came first, the chicken or the egg" argument.

I understand the argument, but some people just have to have em. No matter the cost, for whatever reason. In a perfect world we'd all pay less than $100 for retros and they be produced in the 100 millions.

Its not just sneaker game...everything gets resold....cars, watches, playstations, comic books, sports memorabilia...if its limited its resold for over retail...if its not its purchased in bulk for wholesale and sold at retail or even less....its capitalism + internet + social media thats taken this sneaker game to the next level with everything else...

yup. i used to be part of a BMW forum and learned about how dudes buy the limited edition versions of certain cars and sell them for profit.
that just the nature of the beast whether we like it or not.

i remember the 1M selling for dumb money when it first dropped.
