The kd model flip flopped from the worst of the "big 3" sigs (from Nike) to the best. (Imo) The kobe 11s are alright but the price is too high and their outsole isn't nice enough. The lebrons have just been awful since the 12s started.

Completely agree on both points. The silhouette for this is just awesome. That all-black pair will probably copped on the release date.
Shoutout to KD for getting the price of his sneakers back down. $150 for these, especially in this inflated market, is legit.

The white ones! I hope they will be general release. KD said he wanted his shoes to be priced lower.. What a full of BS. If he really wanted that why did he up the price between every year?? No KD the price is lowered becuase the KD8 sucked both price and design and Nike doesnt want people to lose interest in the KD line since Lillard 2, Curry 2 are low budget, hi-performance shoe and for $180 ppl rather jump on Kobes or Lebrons. Plus adidas will be bring heat this summer both casual and basketball. Even more funny is KD something like "people are getting a $250 sneaker/tech for $150".. No, us, people are paying $150 for a $15 sneaker (material and labour) maybe $20 if you include the shipping from Asia and R&D. The rest goes to pay that Nike contract. Prick lol.

KD does not control the price points.
The Kyrie line at $120 is the is what is up against the Curry 2/Lillard 2/Any shmo that gets his own shoe now.
R&D for all of this tech is alot more than $20 also, fyi.

KD used to have some say so in the price, but once nike gave him all that money to keep him from going to UA it seems like they told him the hell with selling shoes for $100

if your a kid, running around everywhere, the whites definitely going to be hard to keep clean. If you're able to watch where you go, and know how to not be messy, no you shouldnt have a problem.
People always ask me how I keep my shoes so white, well 1) I have wayy too many pairs of shoes
but 2) more importantly, Im not going around "jumping in mud puddles". Really shouldnt be that hard to keep clean.

I have a pair of white chucks *cavas* that collect dust like crazy. I would keep a 150 dollar pair of shoes in the box but it is a chore to keep non leather like shoes clean. If you're ballin in them, they could get dirty REAL QUICK. My Pure Platinum XX8s got so dusty after a couple weeks and I only play indoors. Can't really control other dudes stepping all over you.

Really excited about this release. I hope they either make a lot of CWs or have good iD options. It's hard for me to pickup a pair of Kyrie 2s rn knowing these are coming w/ flyknit and a new full length zoom for $25 more.

I think Durant staying in OKC keeps these as the B option in Nikes eyes. If he goes to a large market these replace Kobes retirement shoe

For an athlete like KD, Nike really sucks it up with his line. None of his shoes have looked like a sig shoe and the ones that were cool (IV/V) were super uncomfortable or cheap...His line sucks imo...
