Whats the point of nike waiting til saturday just before xmas (this time dec 24), like they normally do and by the time you get the shoes Christmas has already passed. Pointless.
Dec 5 youll have them by the 12, latest, and you can actually wear them idk for Christmas

maybe we are experiencing a slow turnaround to Nike "getting it". They have a great shoe with the 9 and we can wear the holiday release on the actual holiday!

Don't get too excited....not sure if you have seen the LeBron and Kyrie threads, the 14's and 3's are coming out after Christmas......No Christmas Kyrie's or LeBrons. Crapmaybe we are experiencing a slow turnaround to Nike "getting it".
They have a great shoe with the 9 and we can wear the holiday release on the actual holiday!

I know, just saying that NIKE isn't really "getting it" yet. Two of their Sig shoes are delayed and they will miss the one cool colorway a lot of people like.

Oh ok. Yea i wonder why the kyrie 3s rd is pushed out so far. Maybe 2017 Christmas models will be for the Kyrie 3. As for the brons im optimistic the delay is in response to the garbage theyve been giving us and I have no problem waiting for them if the model is on point. Hoping that is the case

No kidding, they don't get it. They show these awesome looking shoes before they release them, everyone gets excited for them. And then they release a bunch of mediocre variations. They won't do the multicolor metallic outline swoosh which I REALLY liked. Why couldn't they do the outline? Keep costs down or something I guess.

Not excited at all. Maybe I should've said VERY slow turnaround lol. I think the 9 is an amazing shoe that Nike has no clue what to with it. But I'm gonna count this as a small victory....until we see the shoe.
I made a long post in the 14 thread about Nikes arrogance. But I look at these particular delays as a positive and maybe they are putting some serious effort into the next sigs for two of your top endorsers who are champions. Yeah, they missed a big opportunity already so they gotta come correct in the near future. The silence and lack of celebratory ANYTHING this entire summer leads me to believe that they are indeed giving a damn this time around.
I guess with these recent baby steps, I just chose to not be a skeptic. Don't want it to be confused for unreasonable optimism.

So lebrons usually come out at the start of the NBA season, kyries past two models debuted in December, kobes always in first quarter of the year and KDs drop summer time. We should get kyrie 3 in December and lebron 14 this month or next.
If they delay lebrons, that sucks I wanted to see the xmas lebrons but if that means no more 13s I'd say that's a blessing and we dodged a bullet. We already got xmas kyrie 2s so I'm expecting the kyrie 3 to be the model for xmas release. Correct me if I am wrong

Yeah gum bottoms (with few exceptions) are not like translucent outsoles. Most of the time they're sticky as all hell.

I don't think an outsole being sticky necessarily mean that they will perform well. It could attract a lot of dust and keep the shoe from gripping the floor.

^^^ I agree. My Kobe XI Bruce Lee's have sticky translucent outsoles after it gets cleaned but they attract dust like no tomorrow and they lose traction immediately once played on a semi clean court.

Sounds about right, I think I saw a what the Kyrie is supposed to drop this winter also. Hoping they make a decent wtkd 9, last year's were meh

I was at the Nike Factory Outlet in San Jose, Ca and saw the all black in a size 11 for $120. I asked a retail associate if they had a 11.5 and said I could order a 11.5 through them in store for that price. So with free shipping it came out to $130 and change, should be getting them soon.

View media item 2198595Just got the Blackout with a half size down from my TS. Glad I returned my translucent Unites and went down a half size. I guess one either take a TS for comfort or go down a half size for a snug fit and no slippage. Either way, It only took 5 minutes of excruciating pain on my left foot (slightly bigger than my right) to get the shoe to conform to my feet. Just waiting for my second pair to arrive now.
