First time I have one handy and goes to waste. Was trying not to buy kicks for awhile but might need em
 
Finally saw mic drops in store today.  Really nice in person.  I think they are probably the nicest, most reasonable CW of them all, so far.  Pre-heats seem to plain and the USA is a really nice shoe but just too white for my liking.  
 
"Golden Air" (white multicolor gum) were available at my local FNL.  First time I had seen that colorway.  Caught me off guard but yeah, can't find much about a release date other than Aug 31st...

My opinion this kd 9 sucks for guards well at least for me. Reaction is late in em hard to lock up full court in them.
 
I can easily see that being the case. The shoe was designed for KD and his style of play....who is not a guard.

Im gonna be pissed if they make another sick Texas colorway and never release it publicly. 

An all burnt orange like the KD4 would look sick. IMO

It's stiff not that responsive. This shoe is all offense. I even stopped on dime for pull up feet slipped right from under me. Got translucent outsole though. Gonna switch up to crazylight boost from here on out idk what Nike is doing but their shoes have been sub par to me.
 
From a performance perspective, I think Nike's basketball line has been outperforming the sigs the last couple of years.  The hyperrev 15 and 16, the Lebron soldier IX have received great reviews and seem better than the Lebron, KD, and Kyrie sigs.  The Kobe XI seems to be decent but I expect the basketball line to be better again.  The KD 9 seems to be a great performer although some people have complained about the responsiveness of the cushioning and maybe the fit.  I have a pretty normal shaped foot, maybe on the narrow side so I haven't had issues with how the KD line fits me.  I actually loved the 8, will probably cop the 9 on discount.  
 
I'm a pg and these are my current go to shoes. Beating out the Curry 2's that held the top spot for a minute.

I hate JB already getting set with AJ11 low with the gold.
All teams have to take it one game at a time.

I still remember the debacles of 2002, 2004, and the tough loss to Greece in 2006.

Surprised there haven't been more pics of the 8/4 Unlimited colorway. A few spots that get everything arent getting them.
