Recently I bought two pairs of 1995 concord 11s from eBay. Interesting thing is one is made in Taiwan and the other is made in China. Anyone ever hear of this before?
You can tell they used different materials and carbon fiber is different. The Jumpman is also stitched different.
Here is the "made in China" pair:

Not uncommon two of the same releases being made in different factories. In the Bordeaux 7 thread you can see the difference in the 1992 pairs. On the Concords one of those look like a 2000 retro for some reason. The patent cut is much lower than a typical 1995 pair. Nothing to worry about.

I thought the same thing. The one pair definitely looks more like the 2000 retro but the tag says 1995 and it doesn't look like anything is out of place as far as it being re-stitched in there.

Yeah the product code and everything is 95. Different factories different results.

Its funny how they retro'd them in 2011 with the light gray Korean sole and olive heel tab but turned around and reretro'd them 4 years later in 2015 with the darker Taiwan midsole but kept the olive Korean heel tab. Maybe in 2019 we'll see the Taiwan bright green heel tab return but the midsole is back to Korean gray.

Wake me up in 2023 when we finally get the full Taiwan treatment. Those are the ones I remember seeing as a kid.

There's OG Concords with low cuts. And there's some 2000's that was damn near as bald as many of the 2011s.

The cut on Air Jordan XIs has never been uniform. We're closer these days than we've ever been.

Air Jordan Xs were also produced in two different countries. I'm sure there are more models also.

Nice pick ups,bro.

Nike started to have some batches of Air Jordans Manufactured in China in 1995. The AJ 12 were the first model that was made in China in majority.
I remember some of the OG 13 black/reds were made in Taiwan.

Honestly, I prefer the low patent cut, but that pair looks extremely bulky compared to some other OG's I've seen.
