Hey Peeps,
I have an interview with my local Nike store today as a Part-Time Over Athlete. I am very excited yet a bit nervous especially since it is a group interview and its my first official interview for a major retailer! All my past interviews for other opportunities have been one-on-one or me being interviewed by 2-3 people at most.
I applied to Nike about 2 months ago and called back a few times just to check up on the status of my application. I also left my contact information twice with different employees for a call back. Since they delayed in doing that, it took me a third try calling back to officially land a spot to be interviewed!
I need some advice; especially from those who have actually got accepted to work for Nike. I also would like advice from those who have worked in other Nike retailers like Footlocker, Finish Line, Champs, etc.
What types of questions should I expect? Did you have a group interview and if so, how did you do compared to the others there? Did a question during the interview catch you off guard? How long does the interview session last? How long does it usually take Nike to respond after the interview process? If accepted, what happens next? How was your experience working at Nike? Etc.
Please drop some jewels and help me out. Hopefully my interview goes well!
